At MystiCyber, we aim to deliver high-quality cybersecurity services, training, and educational resources, both online and offline. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and returns are processed for our courses, consulting, and services. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase or enrolling in any of our programs.

Education & Training Programs

a) Online Courses (Self-Paced / Live Virtual Classes)

  • Non-Refundable: Once you have enrolled and course access is provided, fees are non-refundable.
  • Access Issues: If you face technical problems and we are unable to provide access within 7 business days, a full or partial refund may be considered.
  • Batch Transfer: You may request a transfer to a future batch within 7 days of enrollment, subject to availability and approval.

b) Offline Classroom Training

  • Pre-Course Cancellation: If you cancel your seat at least 7 days before the batch starts, you are eligible for a 70% refund (30% deducted as administrative charges).
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 7 days of batch start are non-refundable.
  • No-Show: If you do not attend after enrolling, no refunds will be issued.
  • Course Transfers: You may request to shift to another batch before the course starts, subject to approval.

c) Corporate Workshops / Seminars

  • Advance Payment: Payments for corporate workshops must be made in advance.
  • Cancellation by Client: If cancelled 10+ days prior to the scheduled event, 50% refund will be issued. Within 10 days, no refund.
  • Cancellation by MystiCyber: If we cancel due to unavoidable reasons, 100% refund or rescheduling will be offered.
Training modules: ACTIVE
Cybersecurity Services (Offline & Online)

a) VAPT, Audits, Incident Response, Forensics, Consulting

  • Non-Refundable Once Started: Service fees are non-refundable once the project has begun.
  • Pre-Service Cancellation: If you cancel before work starts, you may receive a partial refund (after deducting administrative and resource allocation charges).
  • Failure to Deliver: If we are unable to provide the agreed service due to our limitations, a full refund will be processed.
Service protocols: SECURED
Digital Products & Resources
  • E-books, Templates, Reports, or Software Tools are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, we will either refund or provide credit within 7 days.
Digital assets: VERIFIED
Refund & Return Process
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to contact@mysticyber.com with proof of purchase.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Bank charges, transaction fees, and currency conversion fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Processing status: STANDBY
Exceptions (No Refund Cases)

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase or enrollment.
  • Failure to attend a scheduled course, workshop, or training.
  • Misuse of our services, violation of Terms & Conditions, or academic dishonesty.
  • Client delays or non-cooperation causing project/service disruption.
